We love bruschetta- especially when garden is full of tomatoes and basil. One thing I did differently is I heated the olive oil and threw in my minced raw garlic just for a minute then cool before adding to tomatoes and basil. This way the oil gets a delicious garlic flavor and the garlic isn’t so strong as raw garlic can be. Game changer!

We’ve made this for company twice. Today we made it for ourselves! I bought 3 small basil plants this morning along with the Roma tomatoes and what a treat!! We love it and so do our guests!!

Inspiring! What a fresh and delicate treat! I made this using heirloom tomatoes that I have just too many of. Didn’t have balsamic vinegar, and used just the glaze instead. It was sooo good! Made it again tonight for a second night in a row. My family gobbled it up!

Best bruschetta I’ve had so far. My sister and I made this recipe as an appetizer for a dinner party of six. It was awesome. So fresh and light tasty. The main was lasagna so it was perfect.
