Amazing! We love cauliflower boiled or steamed with salt, pepper and about a pound of butter! We moved to Portugal 2 years ago and I came across this recipe. I cook most everything on my Weber grill. I found inexpensive red clay cookware I use to cook everything on the grill from beans to soup to CALIFLOWER! I use the recipe exactly as written using wonderful Portuguese olive oil and wonderful local cauliflower except I use coal instead! We hardly ever cook a potato anymore!

Hi Gene, I have not tried freezing this to advise, it never quite lasts long enough and is gobbled up.
