We loved it! We grilled some chicken breasts with a little s&p and made it our dinner. Definitely added more Parmesan for an extra protein kick and for the love cheese. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hi Jordyn, the proportions are pretty typical for this dressing, but you might enjoy my creamy caesar dressing more. It’s my children’s favorite also.

The dressing had way too much oil. I’d recommend using half and adding more if needed. The croutons could have used more flavor. Next time I’ll add Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Dear Natasha,

I was looking for a Caesar salad recipe, to make it myself for the first time…
although I didn’t have worcester sauce, red wine vinegar (just white) or dijon mustard (just “normal” one), and I didn’t use baguette but “standard” baker’s bread (here in Germany) it all turned out awesome!

My guests were also amazed and commented that they’d easily expect a meal like this in some good restaurant 😀

Thank you, Natasha!

You can try avocado oil, or Plain Greek yogurt for a different texture.

Great meal for when it’s too hot to cook. This recipe had my family raving and asking if we can make this once a week. So simple…fine by me! I added chicken and used the creamy caesar. It is a rich dressing so a little goes a long way. Super fun to toss the salad individually! Secret is to prep ahead and have all ingredients nice and cold. Putting leftovers in a Chinese take-out box makes for a great lunch the next day, or a great way to serve for a day at the beach (be sure to keep them cool!). This recipe is a MUST!!!

Hello there! It should not taste bland, if you got that result – you may adjust the seasoning and lemon next time. You may taste the dressing first before tossing the salad so you can adjust the taste according to your preference.

I followed exactly so not sure where I went wrong. But I will try again because all your recipes are great. Any idea on what I did wrong?
