Love this recipe. Made the sauce, tossed in some leftover rotisserie chicken, simmered it down, and served it over leftover pasta with leftover steamed buttered green beans from the farmer’s market.

Dinner in 30 minutes after a long day at work, kids wolfed it down.

(The bones from the rotisserie chicken are in the stock pot as I clean up.)

I use this Marsala recipe every time. Your recipe states to use a dry Marsala. I’ve never been able to find that, so I use Holland House Marsala, (which I know is sweet) but we still like it a LOT. What brand do you use for a dry Marsala??
