Just wanted to say thank you. These fries came out so perfectly. I used 3 potatoes, so my time was a little longer (3min). And i did make them crispier by doing 5 min at 400, but they were fully cooked per the recipe before that. I just like the burn-ey crispy ends.

These were absolutely amazing. I was only planning to eat a few of these, but that instantly changed after the first bite! Seasoning was perfect – I wouldn’t change a thing! 10/10!!!!

First time to AF potatoes. Good start to learn the new tool. Rather than pat dry the potatoes after slicing and washing the first batch I put them in the cooking basket and set the AF to 200F and let the fan dry the moisture
