I have made this pastry recipe so many times now, i know it off by heart. Everyone who trys it loves it.

This recipe is excellent! Thank you for the recipe that helped me to make a delicious, flaky and tender pie crust. There are so many different recipes out there to make pie crust and this is the best. I have tried several before and kept searching for a good recipe. I finally found it!

I bombed the pie crust and was so frustrated with myself. I followed along with you on your video. I didn’t pay attention or read your printed recipe. In your video you add 6 TBLS of water. The printed one says 7-8. I know that is where i goofed. Luckily I had 2 here that was our family standby. I’m going to try again next week The chicken pot pie filling is outstanding.

I’ve used this recipe about a dozen times – I bake chicken pot pies for family and friends that are sick or just gave birth, It’s very consistent and easy. Usually I only need 1 disk at a time and I just freeze the other. As long as I plan ahead, it thaws very nicely. I have gotten compliments from many people about this crust! Natasha’s recipes are always reliable and lovely.
